When
5% of your consumer base buys 75% of your product-- how do you drive those
users to purchase more?
The answer came in the form of “Velveeta’s Recipe Tester Club.” An exclusive club for Velveeta consumers to get first-hand access to new recipes-- AND-- most importantly-- the opportunity for the consumer to give feedback to Velveeta’s Recipe Development Team on what they thought about the recipe.
